Equine Assisted Leadership Development at Millbrae Learning Centre

At Millbrae Learning Centre our facilitators are focused on helping individuals experience
something new and learn more about leadership and effective communication. Millbrae’s
structured problem-solving sessions, where participants work hands on with horses and others,
create the opportunity to reflect on personal communication, leadership and teamwork skills as well
as strengthening personal recognition of the role confidence, empathy, trust, respect and
understanding play in leadership. The horses create focus, support learning retention and give individuals immediate feedback allowing them to adjust or reflect on different ways to lead, communicate and work with others in a non-judgmental environment.

An individual standardized leadership session is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. However, every individual is unique and we are happy to develop customized programs for Adults and Youth.

- Introduction to Equine Assisted Leadership Development
- How horses support Leadership Development
- Interactive Leadership Development Exercises with a Horse
- Opportunity to Practice and Adapt Leadership Approaches
- Reflection Session and Leadership Coaching

Adults- Starting at $90 per person + HST Youth- Starting at $65 per person + HST
