Meet Our Team

Tracey Mill

President

Tracey has over 30 years public sector executive leadership experience, holds a Masters Degree in Labour Relations and is a Certified Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator.  She represented Canada and Ontario at two international forums and served on the Canadian Board of Directors in the field of wildland fire management.  She retired from the Ontario Public Service in 2025 to realize her goal of combining an interest in team building and leadership consulting with her passion for horses.  With over 25 years of equine experience, Tracey currently owns three horses, operates a small stable and equine learning centre.  Tracey brings a sound knowledge of horses, horse welfare, and horse behavior and communication to the practice of equine assisted learning (EAL).  Her experience leading a large division of over 2,000 people responsible for various public services including forest fire fighting allows her to understand modern corporate challenges and to bring both her business and horse related leadership perspectives to the team building, leadership and communication programs and activities at the Millbrae Learning Centre.  Tracey is the recipient of the Morley Gunderson Prize in Labour Relations and the Sandra D Lang Lifetime Achievement Amethyst Award from the Ontario Public Service.  In addition to offering EAL, Tracey is available to support corporate and public sector management consulting services.
