Youth Clubs and Sports Teams Leadership and Team Building

At Millbrae Learning Centre our facilitators are focused on helping our clients gain a sound

understanding of their leadership, team work and communication skills. Millbrae’s structured problem solving and goal-oriented sessions, where participants work hands on with horses and others, creates the opportunity to identify communication strengths and gaps, develop team relations based on trust, respect and understanding and collaborate to solve problems. Our facilitators help to relate the horses’ reactions to workplace interactions and translate the exercises to on-the-job situations. The horses provide immediate feedback and create focus, allowing individuals and teams to practice different responses or approaches to working together and to learn by ”doing”.

Programs and Pricing

 

We offer Half Day (3.5 Hours) and Full Day (4.5 Hours) Team Building Sessions for teams of 6-15

participants. 

 

Please contact us if your team is larger than 15 people.

 

 Each Session includes:

- Project Proposal

- Welcome, Introduction to EAL and Understanding Horse Communication and Safety

- Two-Three Interactive Team Building and Communication Exercises

- Exercise Debrief

- Refreshments

- Post-Session Summary

 

Half Day (3.5 Hours) $300 per person + HST

Full Day (4.5 Hours) $450 per person + HST includes Light Lunch
